CominOur detox programs are designed to help you rid your body of toxins and jumpstart your health journey. We offer a variety of programs, from juice cleanses to whole food detoxes, to meet your needs.
The body heals between the hours of 10 pm and 2 am.
Ensure you are sleeping during these hours to expedite effective body healing. Taking magnesium glycinate before bed and zinc with dinner can assist in sleep. Putting copper sulfate solution on the bottoms of your feet can also help. Castor oil in the belly button can help sleep as well, although the first day or two can cause insomnia or restlessness for some until the body acclimates to it via detox.
Eliminating blue light (TV’s phones, computer screens, etc.) 1-2 hours before bedtime helps with natural melatonin production and therefore dopamine production the following morning. Wearing
blue light filtering glasses after the sun goes down when watching TV or using your phone will help block the melatonin-disrupting blue light.
Dimming the lights a few hours before bed, helps the body begin to calm and prepare for melatonin production, rest, and healing. Looking at the sun before any blue light first thing in the morning will assist the dopamine/melatonin hormone cycle as well.
Eat your last meal at least 3 hours before bedtime so the body does not keep you up digesting food but rather uses energy to heal the body during REM sleep. Shutting off WIFI and putting cell phones
on airplane mode or somewhere else besides the bedroom at night will assist in sleep by blocking toxic electromagnetic fields (EMFS) produced by WIFI signals.
Earthing or grounding daily and before bed can assist with sleep as well. There are even grounding mats and bed sheets for anyone who is unable to sleep and unable to get outside enough to earth/ground.
Success mindset is another important part of your healing journey. Every morning and as often as
you can, say this out loud: EVERY DAY, IN EVERY WAY, I AM GETTING BETTER AND BETTER.
Our adrenals were meant to protect us in a fight or flight situation by providing cortisol when, for example, we are confronted by a bear. This situation would shift our “rest and relax”
(parasympathetic) state into a “fight or flight” (sympathetic) state. Once the threat has passed, our central nervous system would then shift back to parasympathetic state. In our toxic world, many are stuck in a constant state of fight or flight on a daily basis because of modern day-to-day stressors
and internal oxidative stress caused by toxicities.
This perpetual state of panic eventually depletes our cortisol levels, leading to what is known as
adrenal fatigue. The body cannot fully heal when in this sympathetic state. Retraining the body to
shift back into parasympathetic state is a must to achieve complete healing. This is something we must retrain our body & mind to do.
